Candidate for Kings West Brad Beardsley
Brad is a lifelong resident of Kingston. Many may recognize him from his extensive service with the Kingston and District Volunteer Fire department, of which he is a 24 year veteran, his 20 years of volunteerism with Scouts Canada, or his vast involvement with various community organizations.
He started his career at Wade’s Grocery Store at age 14 - his work ethic and drive were instilled in him from a young age. Later in life, he ran and operated a local printing company with his father. For the past 8 years, he has worked as a print and marketing specialist with Staples Canada, serving all of the Maritime provinces.
Brad has also served two terms on the Kingston Village Commission, and was instrumental to the revival of the Kingston Steer BBQ, where he currently sits as the chair.
Kings West has always been his home, and it always will be. He lives here with his wife, Renee, and two children, James, and Addison. He is looking forward to connecting with local residents, discussing their concerns, and being a strong advocate for unique challenges faced by rural communities in the legislature.
