Candidate for Northside-Westmount Fred Tilley

Fred Tilley will re-offer as the Liberal candidate for Northside-Westmount in the next provincial election.

Since being elected in 2021, Fred has worked tirelessly to serve his community and has processed millions of dollars worth of grants for seniors and families in Northside- Westmount. He has successfully advocated for a number of initiatives that will help make life more affordable for his constituents, such as doubling the income limits for the Housing Repair Grant, coverage for continuous glucose monitors, and indexing tax brackets to inflation.

For twenty years, Fred held senior management positions at the Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC) Marconi Campus and served as Principal for eight years. He is proud of the former Liberal government’s transformative investment to build a new Marconi campus on the Sydney Waterfront and the opportunities it will provide for generations to come.
