Liberal Candidate for Guysborough-Tracadie

Lloyd has been representing his constituents as MLA in the Nova Scotia Legislature since 2013. He has had the honour of serving in cabinet throughout his political career as Minister of Natural Resources and currently serves as Minister of Transportation and Active Transit.

Lloyd has been a strong advocate for his constituents during his time in government. He is a valued voice for rural economic development and has been involved in many important projects that benefit the constituents of Guysborough-Tracadie. The recent investments made in Sherbrooke Village will help attract visitors from across the province to a treasured tourist destination.

Lloyd was a champion for the Chedabucto Lifestyle Complex, a facility that is now the pillar of the community. Additionally, his commitment to the safety of his constituents has led to several investments to improve the roads and highways of Guysborough-Tracadie.

Advance Poll: You can vote early at Advance Polls from August 7 to 14

Election Day: Vote on Election Day, Tuesday, August 17

Nova Scotia Tax Credits

Nova Scotia residents can donate up to $5,000 per year to each political party. Your first $1,000 is eligible for a generous 75% tax credit (That means the first $1,000 donated only costs you $250.)
