Doyle Safire Nominated as Nova Scotia Liberal Candidate for Eastern Shore

Doyle Safire will represent the Eastern Shore as the Nova Scotia Liberal Party candidate in the next provincial election.

For over 30 years, Doyle and his wife have called the Eastern Shore home, raising their family in their vibrant community. Driven by a passion for improving the lives of others, Doyle has dedicated 32 years to the federal public service with Corrections Canada and Veterans Affairs.

“I’m so grateful for the opportunity to be the Nova Scotia Liberal Party candidate for the Eastern Shore,” said Safire. “I believe that with years of experience working in government, I can leverage the skills I have learned to make substantive policy changes that will improve the lives of Nova Scotians.”

Doyle is deeply appreciative of the Eastern Shore’s strong sense of community and has been involved in several local organizations such as the Eastern Shore Mariners Skippers, Jump Energy, and the Lawrencetown Beach Community Association.

“Since I first met Doyle, I’ve been impressed by his dedication to his community,” said Liberal Leader Zach Churchill. “Our province is facing significant challenges right now and I know that with strong candidates like Doyle on our team, we can create a brighter future for Nova Scotians.”
