“I am thrilled to receive the nomination for Northside-Westmount and I am proud to be a part of Team Rankin. My years of leadership experience, community involvement, and public service have prepared me to be a strong voice for Northside-Westmount in the next Liberal government,” says Tilley. “It would be an absolute honour to be able to be able to represent the community that I love and see it prosper as we recover from the pandemic.”

Fred has played a significant role in the development of the new NSCC campus on the waterfront in Sydney and is very active in the community. He was elected to the Cape Breton Victoria Regional School Board in 2004 and served until 2018, including two terms as Vice Chair.
