There are some common issues that sometimes prevent voting information from making it to delegates. Do not worry, there are solutions and support is available.
If you are having trouble locating your pin and voting instructions:
- Please search for an email from email@example.com;
- You can also search for “VOTING INSTRUCTIONS – NSLP Leadership Election”; or
- you should check your spam or junk folder for the email
If you require help with voting, have lost your pin, or if you have other technical issues:
Please call the Intelivote Help Desk at 1-888-281-8683. They are available from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 7 pm and on Saturday from 8 am to 3 pm. Only you as the delegate can request assistance on your behalf.
For all other inquiries:
Delegates with other questions or concerns can call the party office (902)429-1993 which will have full instructions, hours, and ability to leave voice mail. Staff will be monitoring and answering phones, emails, voicemails, and returning calls from Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 7 pm.
