The fall sitting of the 63rd general assembly was filled with many incredible milestones. Just some of the significant accomplishments achieved during this session include:

✅ Tabling the toughest and most ambitious environmental legislation and climate action plan in the country.
✅ Protecting our volunteer firefighters.
✅ Introducing new renewable energy efforts.
✅ Expanding access to sexual violence prevention programs.
✅ Banning single use plastic bags.
✅ Placing a moratorium on street checks.
✅ Investing millions in to new health care infrastructure and educational programming.

With unemployment having reached an all time low, our provinces exports having reached an all time high, steady youth retention, increased immigration and a rising population – we’ve seen an unprecedented surge in our economy.
