Support local wine growers in Nova Scotia

On September 25, 2024, after months of advocacy and discussion, we learned that Premier Houston is once again choosing to support his friends and donors instead of our local wine producers. This industry brings $250 million to our economy and supports over 1,100 jobs in rural Nova Scotia. Yet the government has chosen to prioritize his friends who import wine from overseas over those who grow grapes in Nova Scotia soil.
