We need a new leader to spearhead our renewal and help rebuild our party from the grassroots up.
Our provincial board is excited to announce the official rules and timeline for the race to become to next leader of the Nova Scotia Liberal Party.
After a robust process, members will select the new leader on November 28, 2026 (stay tuned for delegate sign up coming this fall). In the coming months, while we continue our rebuilding on the ground in ridings across the province, members will get the opportunity to meet prospective candidates and engage in this important process.
Nova Scotia Liberals need a strong leader to bring renewed strength and energy to our Party. And that begins with strong candidates putting up their hand from across Nova Scotia. If you’re interested, please review the rules and reach out to us for a nomination package. Know someone else who fits the bill? Be sure to encourage them to run!
